I want a quiet n nice flat to live in,with club house facilities and preferably not village huts any suggestion ?? roof flat or low rise new territory estate?? I hate noisy n disturbance neighbourhood, pls advise..

Shatin, Ma On Shan, Tai Po, Sheung Shui, Sai Kung are very good place for you. I suggest you call property agents first and ask them to show you different estates in diff locations before you make your decision. You must consider the distance you daily travel to/from your home and office, the transportation problem, the rent/price you can afford, the nearby facilities (eg market, supermarket, shopping centre...) If you have some requirements in neighbourhood, you must look for those with estate management.
