For a redox reaction to occur, the oxidation no. of the species must change For A, the oxidation no. of N increases from -1 to +1 and decreases from +5 to +1. For B, there is no change in oxidation no. For C, the oxidation no. of N decreases from +4 to +3 and increases from +4 to +5. For D, the oxidation no. of O increases from -2 to 0 and that of N decreases from +5 to +4.
